What it is and what it's for#
The assistant turns a goal written in plain language into a draft of content: a handful of challenges, a complete journey or a themed group. You describe what you want to achieve and it proposes the pieces.
What matters is what it does not do: it publishes nothing on its own. Between the generation and the app there is always a review by you, and nothing exists for employees until you click publish.
The assistant writes content, it does not design the programme. Before using it, be clear about the journey and the challenge groups where whatever it generates is going to fit. See Journeys and challenges.
How to set it up#
1. Fill in the request#
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| What you want to create | The type of content. See the next table. |
| Goal or context | Required. What you want to achieve, in your own words. It is the field that changes the result the most. |
| Target audience (optional) | Who it is aimed at: retail, shop floor, first year at the company. It adjusts the tone and the examples. |
| Tone (optional) | Friendly, formal, direct. |
| Number of pieces | How many challenges you want. 3 by default. |
| Duration (weeks) | How many weeks they are spread over. 4 by default. |
2. Choose what you want to create#
| Option | What it creates |
|---|---|
| Standalone challenges | Only the challenges, with no wrapper. For filling out a journey that already exists. |
| Challenge journey | A new journey with its challenges inside, spread across the weeks you asked for. |
| Challenge group | A new themed group with its challenges. For adding a block to a route already under way. |
3. Generate and review#
Generate with AI starts the proposal. The screen warns you that it usually takes between 10 and 40 seconds: do not close or reload in the meantime.
When it finishes, the batch appears with its title and its description, and each piece below it. On each one you can touch:
Title and description
They are edited directly on the proposal. It is what the employee will see, so it is worth running them through the filter of your internal language.
Points
What the challenge is worth. The assistant always proposes a moderate value; raise it or lower it to fit your scale.
Approval
How the challenge is signed off. The assistant only proposes manual methods: never video or quiz, because it cannot upload a video or write a questionnaire.
Start day and End day
Days counted from when the challenge reaches each person, not calendar dates. See the warning about dynamic dates further down.
Remove
Drops that piece from the batch. The rest are published as normal. It deletes nothing else.
Each piece also comes with a line explaining why it was proposed. That is the line that tells you whether the assistant understood the goal or went off somewhere else.
4. Publish#
Creates the challenges switched off and assigned to nobody. Nobody sees them. This is what you should use almost always: you publish, go into each challenge to finish off targeting, images and deadlines, and activate them when they are ready.
Creates the challenges already active and distributes them to everyone on the project, with no targeting at all. They appear on their challenge wall immediately.
Publishing takes longer than generating: the screen warns you that it can take up to a minute. When it finishes it tells you how many challenges it created.
Publish and activate does not ask who for. It goes to the whole project. If the content was for one store, one shift or one specific group, publish as a draft and target it before activating.
Discard throws away the whole batch if you have not published it yet. If you already published it, it only closes the panel: the challenges created stay where they are.
What the employee sees#
- Nothing, while the batch is a draft. The challenges exist in the admin panel, but they are not assigned to anyone.
- Once you activate them, they appear on their challenge wall like any other challenge: with its title, its description, its points and its deadline.
- There is no mark saying that the content was proposed by an AI. To the employee it is company content, which is why it is worth reviewing it to that standard.
- The texts are always generated in Spanish and English, so anyone with the app in either of the two languages sees the whole thing.
Frequently asked questions#
Can it publish something without me seeing it?
No. Generating only leaves a proposal on screen; for it to reach the panel you have to click publish, and for it to reach people, activate.
Is it going to propose challenges I already have?
It tries to avoid it: before writing it looks at the project's most recent challenges and their categories. Even so, if your catalogue is large, check: it does not know the whole history.
Can I ask for 40 challenges in one go?
No. The assistant generates at most 12 pieces per batch and spreads them over a maximum of 26 weeks. For more than that, chain several generations with different goals.
I have already published a batch. Can I publish it again?
No. A published batch warns you that it already was and creates nothing new. If you want more content, generate another batch.
Where do the published challenges end up?
In the project's challenge list, like any other. From there they are edited, targeted and activated.
Can I recover yesterday's generation?
No. The screen keeps no history of batches: if you leave without publishing, you have to generate again.
I'm not convinced by what came out. What do I change?
The Goal or context. The more specific the behaviour you want to see (what the person does, where and with whom), the better it comes out. An abstract goal gives abstract challenges.
Limits and warnings#
- Every challenge is created with dynamic dates, counted in days from when the challenge reaches each person. If you need a campaign with a fixed date for everyone, you will have to change it challenge by challenge after publishing.
- The points it proposes move within a narrow range. If your scale is different, check them before activating or you will throw the ranking out.
- It does not generate images, videos or quizzes. The challenges come out with text only; you add the material afterwards.
- Publishing can take up to a minute. Do not click twice or close the screen: the button locks itself while it works.
- Removing a piece does not delete it, it leaves it out of the batch. If you publish and then have second thoughts, the removed piece is no longer available: it has to be created by hand.
- A very long goal gets trimmed. One clear paragraph is worth more than a whole page of context.
- What you publish is your responsibility. Check names, figures and any claim about the company: the assistant does not check facts.
