1. Why there is no banner

The law requires us to ask for your consent before storing information on your device or accessing information already stored there, unless it is strictly necessary to provide the service you have requested. This site uses no advertising, profiling or third-party cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and we do not interrupt you with a notice.

Nor do we share your browsing with social networks or advertising platforms, and we do not embed tracking pixels.

2. The only thing stored on your device

If you access the private client area or the partner portal, we store your session in the browser's local storage. That is what saves you from having to identify yourself again on every screen.

• What it contains: a session identifier and the minimum details of your account.
• Who places it: we do. No third party is involved.
• How long it lasts: until you click “Log out” or clear your browsing data.
• Why we do not ask for permission: it is strictly necessary for the service you requested when identifying yourself, one of the cases exempt from consent.

If you never enter those areas, nothing at all is stored on your device.

3. Audience measurement without cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to know how many visits each page receives and where they come from. Unlike the usual analytics tools, it places no cookies or persistent identifiers in your browser: it counts visits in aggregate form, without following you across sessions or building a profile of you.

The data it produces — page, referral source, country, device type — is statistical. The legal basis and the retention periods are in the privacy policy.

4. How to control it yourself

You can delete at any time whatever this or other sites have stored, or prevent them from storing it, from your browser's privacy settings. Bear in mind that if you block local storage you will not be able to keep your session in the private areas.

Most browsers also offer a private browsing mode that discards everything when you close the window.

5. Changes

If in future we adopt any technology that does require your consent, we will ask for it before activating it and we will update this page. For any question: dpo@winchange.io.
