This website and its subdomains are owned by the entity identified below.
Hereinafter, “WinChange”. This legal notice governs access to and use of winchange.io and of the services provided through it, including the private client and partner areas and the peopleagenda.es site.
This English text is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy between the two.
2. Acceptance
Browsing this site makes you a user and means that you accept these terms in the version published at any given time. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.
Certain services are additionally governed by specific terms: client and partner access to their private areas and the use of the WinChange platform are governed by the contract signed with each organisation. In the event of conflict, those specific terms prevail over this legal notice.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of this site — text, documentation, images, videos, trade marks, logos, design, structure and the software that makes it run — belong to WinChange or to third parties who have authorised their use. Their reproduction, distribution or public communication for commercial purposes without express authorisation is prohibited.
You may view, print and save copies of the contents for your personal use. You may not remove or alter proprietary notices, nor circumvent the site's technical protection measures.
4. Terms of use
Access to the site is free of charge, other than the cost of your own connection. You undertake to make lawful use of the site and, in particular, not to:

7. Severability
If any clause of this legal notice is declared void or unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. WinChange's failure to exercise a right provided for here does not amount to a waiver of that right.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless the applicable legislation imposes another venue.
